Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Any changes to your booking should be in writing via email.

An administrative charge of R100.00 will be applied to all cancellations.

A deposit of 50% of the full booking amount is required to secure your booking as per the specified date on your invoice. The remaining balance of the full booking amount is due 7 days before arrival. During Peak Season, the remaining balance of the full booking amount is due 14 days before arrival.

The following cancellation fee applies:

• If cancelled 0 – 7 days prior to arrival date – forfeit 100% of the full booking amount.
• If cancelled 8 – 15 days prior to arrival date – forfeit 50% of the full booking amount.
• If cancelled 16 – 30 days prior to arrival date – forfeit 25% of the full booking amount.

If guests decide to leave before their scheduled departure or are expelled for rule violations or inappropriate behaviour, they will be liable for the full payment of the original reservation (no refunds).

Failure to pay as per given dates, will lead to the cancellation of your booking without prior notice.
