With acceptance of your completed booking form, we will send you an invoice with the necessary payment details. Please don’t pay before you’ve received your invoice. Subject to availability.

We answer all our e-mail within 24 hours. Please check your junk mail folder or follow up if you haven’t heard from us.

Cancellation policy and payment of deposit:

maining balance of the full booking amount is due 7 days before arrival. During Peak Season, the remaining balance of the full booking amount is due 14 days before arrival.

The following cancellation fee applies:

If cancelled 0 – 7 days prior to arrival date – forfeit 100% of the full booking amount.
If cancelled 8 – 15 days prior to arrival date – forfeit 50% of the full booking amount.
If cancelled 16 – 30 days prior to arrival date – forfeit 25% of the full booking amount.

If guests decide to leave before their scheduled departure or are expelled for rule violations or inappropriate behaviour, they will be liable for the full payment of the original reservation (no refunds).

Failure to pay as per given dates, will lead to the cancellation of your booking without prior

Terms & Conditions

Management reserves the right to evict any person who does not comply with the rules.
No repayments will be made to guests if they decide to depart earlier than booked or if they get evicted due to breaking of the rules or inappropriate behavior.
Please report any offences at the office, also any breakages or damages that you see around the terrain.
Fires are only permitted in designated areas or in the braai drums (not directly on the grass)
No load music allowed, which might disturb your neighbors in any way.
After 22:00 it needs to be fairly quiet, no music allowed. Please respect your neighbours. Report any disturbances to management.
Park your vehicle on your own campsite or on the designated areas.
Please drive slowly in the camp. Many small children riding their bicycles and running around.
Please keep all the facilities neat and tidy after use.
Children under the age of 10 years, must be accompanied by an adult when using the ablution facilities as well as the swimming pools.
NO pets allowed.
No glass bottles / -items allowed in and around the swimming pools
No crude language is permitted
If you’d like to visit someone camping at the park, day pass fee is R20 per vehicle and R10 per person.
Sleepover guests are allowed, only if you do not exceed 6 people per plot (4 people on the pensioner’s rate) and 2 vehicles. PLEASE arrange beforehand at the office.
R100 payable if you lose the electronic disc (tag) which you receive to enter main gate.
Use all facilities at own risk.

Campers and visitors enter the caravan park entirely at their own risk. The owner and/or management cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or damage caused as a result of whatever nature.
Only 1 caravan / camping trailer allowed per plot.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy of Strandskloof Caravan Park and shall convey the contents to all of my guests and/or any person part of my booking.
